Individual Therapy

Therapy provides a safe environment for an individual to confide in a therapist. Clients are able to process difficult events, daily stressors, and address mental illness. Family Counseling

Family counseling focuses on the relationships and dynamics within the family system. Family therapy provides opportunities for family systems to resolve conflict in a safe, open environment. family counseling aims to provide family with tools to enhance their communication, relationships, and build supportive environments for each member of the family. Families will undoubtedly go through internal and external stressors. Family counseling helps supportive healthy relationships by addressing tension and replacing it with lasting solutions.

Couples Counseling

In couples counseling, the “client” is the relationship between the two individuals seeking help. The goal is to create a true partnership that will guide and sustain the well-being of relationships. Pre-Marital Counseling

When you’re considering marriage, deciding on your honeymoon or figuring out where you want to live are among the first things you start to plan. Pre-marital counseling might be last on your list, if it’s there at all. While it’s not an engagement topic that’s very fun or romantic, pre-marital counseling can set your marriage up to succeed and survive long-term, in spite of the odds. Pre-marital counseling can help you and your significant other improve your relationship by helping you develop better communication skills, learn conflict management, uncover your shared core values as well as identify differences that could create future conflict. Working with a therapist, you can discuss expectations with your partner that will help better prepare both of you for marriage.

Tele-health services provides clients with an opportunity to conduct therapy sessions, medication follow up, and wellness visits from the comfort of their home. Tele-health is designed to promote convenience for individuals living a busy lifestyle, and individuals who might have symptoms severe enough where leaving their home may not be feasible. A secure, confidential link is established which allows a client to interact with their provider via online tele-video. There is no additional charge for tele-video, and there is no charge to establish a secure, confidential link via internet. this model is centered around three principles:

Group Therapy

Are you having a difficult time handling the struggles in your life? Could you use a non-judgemental ear to listen, somebody who really understands what you’re going through? Do you really need to talk to somebody, but you don’t know who would be willing to listen? Do you wish you had more of a sense of community in your life, instead of feeling alone? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then group therapy could be the solution you’ve been seeking. Group therapy differs from individual therapy by holding therapeutic sessions in a group setting run by a therapist instead of in a private one-on-one setting with a therapist. In these group sessions, patients share their thoughts and experiences with the whole group, allowing them to support one another while being supported by a group of people who understand what you’re going through.
