Biography:
Reaching out for help isn't always easy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling in your relationships, navigating a difficult life transition, grieving a loss, or simply feeling like life has become heavier than you expected, taking that first step can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that first step a little easier by creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I believe therapy should offer more than someone to listen. It should provide practical tools, meaningful insight, and genuine hope. My goal is to help you better understand what's keeping you stuck, develop the skills needed to move forward, and leave therapy feeling more confident, equipped, and capable of navigating life's challenges long after our work together has ended.
When I founded New Hope Counseling Services, my vision was to create more than a counseling practice. I wanted to build a place where people could experience compassionate, high-quality care close to home—a place where every person is treated with dignity, every story is heard without judgment, and every client leaves with greater hope than when they walked in.
I primarily work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and grief. I believe therapy should be personalized because no two people—or their stories—are exactly alike. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your unique goals, drawing from practical, evidence-based approaches that support meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your relationship, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. There is hope, and when you're ready, I'm here to help you take the next step.
